What is a NEXGEN cabinet door?
Before we dive into the pictures and options, let’s take a quick look at what NEXGEN™ cabinet doors are.
Olon Industries Inc. developed the NEXGEN™ wrap and trademarked it in 2016. Since then, people in the cabinetry have begun to use the term NEXGEN cabinet doors to refer to pre-wrapped five-piece cabinet doors.
NEXGEN cabinet doors have an MDF core with a textured and patterned wrap around the outside. They are a cost-effective and durable cabinet door option.
The Velour Touch collection for NEXGEN cabinet doors
The Velour Touch collection, developed by Olon Industries Inc., has solid colour wraps that mimic painted doors. At Cutting Edge, you can choose from two profile options in the Velour Touch collection.
Cutting Edge provides NEXGEN cabinet doors in three of the 12 Velour Touch colour options.
The Feria and Viva collections by Tafisa for NEXGEN cabinet doors
The Feria and Viva collections, developed by Tafisa, have textured and patterned wraps that mimic wood doors. At Cutting Edge, we offer NEXGEN cabinet doors from the Feria and Viva collections in two profiles and six colours.
You’ll notice that four of these colours have limited quantity available. Our supplier has discontinued these colours, meaning our team cannot restock when we run out. However, you can still order these colours while our stock lasts.
The Karisma collection by Tafisa for NEXGEN cabinet doors
Thanks to Tafisa’s Karisma collection having no minimum order requirements, we can provide NEXGEN cabinet doors in all 14 wood-grain options. The Karisma collection has three unique profile options, including a slim shaker profile.

The Uniboard collections for NEXGEN cabinet doors
At Cutting Edge, we stock colours from four of Uniboard’s collections: Aura, Brushed Elm, Riviera Oak, and Sequoia. Each of these collections mimics the texture and patterns of wood. You can order Uniboard NEXGEN cabinet doors in two profiles. Overall, we have 11 Uniboard colour options.
