Do you ship to remote or rural areas in Canada?
Cutting Edge partners with several shipping companies. Their service allows us to access most of Canada. However, shipping to remote or rural locations is typically more expensive than shipping to major cities.

Do large or heavy shipments cost more?
Yes, they do. Packages over 40" long or around 60 pounds must ship by an LTL company instead of a courier. Typically, shipments sent via LTL cost at least $100 whereas shipments via courier usually cost between $20-$60.

How do I track my shipment?
Cutting Edge notifies you by email when your shipment leaves our shop. You will receive a second email with your shipping number around the same time; some of those emails are automated notifications from a third-party email address while the rest come from our team.
Do you offer expedited shipping options?
The Cutting Edge factory is in Maple Creek, SK. There are no overnight shipping options by courier. However, you may have the option for overnight shipping via LTL companies like Manitoulin, although this is more expensive - at least $100 per shipment.
Can I arrange my own shipping?
Yes, you can. However, few companies pick up from Maple Creek, SK. Contact our team for more information about arranging your shipment, including the suggested pick-up times.
Can I pick my order up?
